Greg Wilson:
Greg has been directly involved in the Debt recovery industry in Melbourne, Victoria since 1975. He has been a Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management since 1982 and is a former Vice President of the Victorian division of the Australian Collectors Association. Debt Collection in Victoria and across Australia is his specialty.
He previously worked with a number of industry leaders in marketing and operational roles until 1989 when he commenced the branch activities of Charter Mercantile Agency in Melbourne controlling that branch’s operations until resigning as its resident director in December 2000. In February 2001 he established the Melbourne branch activities of Bridgement Smith Collections.
Greg and his agency staff have successfully developed debt collection solutions for clients in the charge card, banking, staff recruitment, web design, telecommunications, finance, union membership, floral, business support services and general commercial fields.
In establishing Score Debt Management in Melbourne, Greg was keen to develop a successful debt collection and credit management business that is seen to be an industry leader known for its service and results delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.
Stella Gianino:
Stella has been in the debt collection and debt recovery industry since the 1980’s and; for 12 years before Score DM was established; worked directly with Greg at both Charter Mercantile and Bridgement Smith debt collection agencies.
She has developed a reputation as one of the best debt collection operators in the industry who shares Greg’s belief that a successful business relationship begins with a duty of care from collection agents to their clients. She joins Greg at Score in a shareholding capacity.
Stella’s capability to collect an uncollectible debt is legendary. Her diligent approach to debt collection makes her a valuable asset to all Score clients. During the period she has been working with Greg she has continually outperformed all of her peers in successful debt collection in Victoria and across Australia. Stella has the responsibility for the day to day conduct of Score client files and the development of systems that cater specifically for each individual debt recovery client.
